What are the shipping costs and delivery times ?

Delivery costs vary based on your order amount and delivery country. 
Order preparation times can take from 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not prepared on weekends and bank holidays. 

For deliveries within Metropolitan France

Colissimo: 10€
Colissimo Relay delivery: 5€
Click & Collect: Free (available in all boutiques except department stores : Bon Marché, Galeries Lafayette, The Village Outlet and Printemps. Click & collect is available every day except bank holidays and Sundays).


For international deliveries outside of France

DHL: the United States: Free
DHL: Switzerland: Free for orders above 400CHF, 15CHF for orders below 400CHF
DHL: the United Kingdom: Free for orders above 350£, 15£ for orders below 350£
DHL: the rest of the world: 15€
Click & Collect: Free (available in boutiques in Luxembourg, Belgium, London, and Switzerland).

Are online payments fully secured ?

All the data relating to your order and payment is encrypted and sent using the SSL protocol, from your computer to the electronic payment terminal of our bank partner.

You can control the security system by affixing a closed lock at the bottom of the page, which is a security symbol. You can then pay online safely.

Can I track my delivery in real time ?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will be informed immediately by email.
This message will also give you your parcel number and a link to the online tracking system for your order. Simply click on this link to see where your parcel is in real time.

You can also find this number on the details of your order in your "My account" area, allowing you to see the stages of processing.

How do I exchange an item or a get refund ?

Exchange
For orders placed online, you can exchange your products only in one of our shops. No exchanges can be made through the website. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can choose to get a store credit. However, you can return the products and you will be refunded. If you choose to ask for a refund, then on your next online order, your delivery will be free in metropolitan France only. In this case, you will be provided with a one-time code to access our free delivery service in metropolitan france. This will be a one-time service only.
Note: Rainbow Friday orders made online will not be exchanged or returned in the boutiques
Note: Web orders cannot be exchanged in grands magasins (Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, Bon Marché and Village)

Returns
For any online purchase, you can return your order to get a refund. Please send it to the following address within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order after sending an email stipulating your request to: serviceclient@kujten.com

How can I use my promotional code?

Special discounts are applied to specific promotion campaigns. Promotion codes can only be used once and can not be combined.

Using a Promotion Code:
You must enter the Promotion code in the field “Coupon” on the page "My Basket", which is located below the amount of the order. Click on "OK" to validate your coupon code. Once your order has been confirmed, it is no longer possible to refund promotion code discounts. It would therefore be definitively lost. Except for the promo codes during the sale operation periods, all the promo codes are one time usage only.
